Wholesale Guide to Genius Wefts, Hand-Tied Wefts & Machine Wefts
Geniale Inslag combines the ultra-thin, flexible track of a Hand-Tied Weft with the cuttable durability of a Machine Weft. Unlike traditional Hand-Tied wefts which unravel if cut, Genius Wefts can be cut anywhere along the seam with zero shedding. Additionally, Genius Wefts have NO return hair (mustache), eliminating scalp itching and matting.
Our Genius Weft track is only 0.8mm thick and 1mm tall—almost completely invisible against the scalp. It lays flatter than any other weft on the market, allowing stylists to stack 2-3 wefts onto a single beaded row without bulk.
Standard weft bundles are 100g (or 50g/60g/80g for Hand-Tied packs) across lengths from 14 inches to 30 inches. We can also customize gram weight per track (e.g. 25g tracks) according to your salon protocol.
Our wefts are designed for all modern beaded-row methods: Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE), Hand-Tied Beaded Rows, Braided Sew-ins, and Micro-Link sew-ins.
For adding natural volume at the same length, 80g-100g (1 bundle) is sufficient. For full length and thickness on medium-to-thick hair, 150g-200g (2 bundles) is recommended.
